We understand the importance of the high-end retail experience. Trusted by brands like Commes des Garcons, Roberto Cavalli and Bulgari, our retail work spans from malls and lifestyle centers to high visibility retail neighborhoods throughout the United States.
As the lead construction manager for Bulgari’s US retail boutique renovation campaign, RJ coordinated and supervised the work performed by local contractors and craftspeople including traditional venetian plaster finishes, custom wood and glass display casework and cabinetry, and marble interiors and exteriors.

As project manager, RJ was the lead project manager for the buildout of Roberto Cavalli’s Madison Avenue flagship store featuring two-story high storefront glazing and custom interior finishes throughout.
ROBERTO CAVALLI
Working with an international team including Japanese client Rei Kawakubo and an english ship builder, local architect RJ managed the resources and coordinated the build out of the flagship Comme des Garçons retail shop in the downtown Chelsea neighborhood of New York City. The challenges of this project included the installation of a monolithic self-leveling concrete based floor and the onsite assembly of a steel tunnel built by ship builders in England.
