Our residential work portfolio primarily features high-end remodels and renovations in condominiums, townhouses and single family homes from New York City to Lakewood Ranch, Florida.
A complete renovation of a 2,250sf home built in 1953 which features the removal of interior walls to create a large open plan living/dining/kitchen area. Although limited by FEMA 50 constraints, we were able to incorporate a custom kitchen with a waterfall countertop island and back painted glass backsplash, large scale tile flooring, a new master bathroom with a walk in shower and freestanding tub, a custom blackened steel fireplace surround and a level 5 finish on the walls and ceilings. System upgrades included a roof-top package HVAC system, updated electrical wiring and lighting, and replacement windows.
A full gut renovation and exterior restoration of a 1922 5-story townhouse including a complete replacement of structural, air conditioning, electrical and plumbing systems. Split into two triplex and one apartment, finishes include travertine flooring and custom wood and metal work throughout.
A whole house renovation of a Bradenton home featuring custom kitchen cabinetry and quartz countertops, plumbing and electrical upgrades, and complete painting program.

As the lead construction manager for Bulgari’s US retail boutique renovation campaign, RJ coordinated and supervised the work performed by local contractors and craftspeople including traditional venetian plaster finishes, custom wood and glass display casework and cabinetry, and marble interiors and exteriors.
As project manager, RJ was the lead project manager for the buildout of Roberto Cavalli’s Madison Avenue flagship store featuring two-story high storefront glazing and custom interior finishes throughout.
Working with an international team including Japanese client Rei Kawakubo and an english ship builder, local architect RJ managed the resources and coordinated the build out of the flagship Comme des Garçons retail shop in the downtown Chelsea neighborhood of New York City. The challenges of this project included the installation of a monolithic self-leveling concrete based floor and the onsite assembly of a steel tunnel built by ship builders in England.
