Design & Collaboration
The renovation was developed to create a more open and contemporary living environment while respecting the limitations of the existing condominium structure. Working closely with Trademark Interiors, the design emphasized improved spatial flow, refined material selections, and a cohesive integration of lighting, cabinetry, and finishes throughout the residence.
A key part of the approach involved reconfiguring the kitchen and primary bath layouts while utilizing existing in-slab plumbing locations, requiring careful coordination between design intent and construction feasibility.
Execution & Key Elements
The scope included removal of interior partitions, installation of custom cabinetry by Campbell Cabinetry, updated lighting systems, new flooring, countertops, appliances, and plumbing fixtures. Electrical modifications were carefully integrated within the constraints of the existing building systems and circuitry.
Execution required disciplined planning and coordination typical of occupied condominium construction, including elevator-only access, strict building logistics, and crane-assisted delivery of oversized materials and equipment.
Particular attention was given to sequencing, protection, and detailing to ensure a refined final result within the constraints of the high-rise environment.

Outcome
The result is a carefully modernized waterfront residence that balances functionality, material refinement, and thoughtful detailing—bringing a contemporary sensibility to the home while working seamlessly within the framework of the existing building.
